All matches will be played according to the regulations of the Dutch Football Asscociation, the KNVB. |

The matches will be umpired by referees of the KNVB district East. These referees will be assisted by linesmen that have been appointed by the organization of the tournament. |

Players lists with a copy of the passports should be handed in at the tournament organization. |
| 4. |
Players are authorized that have been born after January 1st 1998. In each match it is allowed to use five substitutes. |

The decisions of the referees are absolute and there is no possibility to protest. |
| 6. |
There is no toss. The team that is first mentioned has got the kick-off, the second team may choose the goal. A match lasts 2 x 15 minutes. |
| 7. |
There are two groups of five teams that play a half competition. The teams that are ranked from place 1 to 3 will qualify for the two final groups. The teams that are ranked on position 4 and 5 play a half competition for the positions 7 to 10 in the tournament. The positions 1 and 2 of a group will be separated in the final groups. The team that is ranked on position 3 will play in the same final group as number 2. |

The winners of each final group will play the final to decide who is going to be number 1 and 2 in the tournament. The numbers 2 will play for the positions 3 and 4 and the numbers 3 will do the same for the positions 5 and 6. |

If two teams have the same score then the goal difference will count. This means the scored goals minus the goals against. If there is no decision then penalties will decide and this will go as follows: |

Every team takes five penalties by five different players. If the number of scored goals is equal after this series of five penalties the rest of the team will take a penalty one by one until there is a decision. |

A player that during a match receives a yellow card gets a warning. If he gets a second yellow card during this tournament he will be banned for the next match. |
| 9. |
A player that during a match is sent off (red card / two yellow cards), won’t be allowed to take part in the rest of the match and the first match to follow. |
| 10. |
Every participating team will provide for an extra dress in other colours. The team that is first mentioned in the programme, will wear this extra dress, if the referee insists on it. |
| 11. |
The participating teams will be held responsible for damage made by players of the teams in relation to buildings, boarding, plants or other property of the club. |
| 12. |
If there is a disagreement in relation to the organization the tournament direction will decide. No appeal is possible. |
